PAYMENT CONDITIONS All orders can be placed by Internet. There are two payment options to choose from: A. using the secure payment environment PayPal; B. by bank transfer, in this case, please email us proof of the transfer made to our bank account. Orders submitted with payment by bank transfer will be cancelled if payment is not made within five days. Following payment confirmation, we will begin preparing and processing the order. PRICES AND TAXES The prices shown on the website and those invoiced to our customers include the relevant taxes. If you are making your purchase from outside Spain, please make sure your country does not apply any additional taxes and that no customs costs are applicable to your place of residence. Note for customers resident in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: remember that the customs charges corresponding to your place of residence will be added to any products you acquire; consequently, we ask you to find out the approximate amount of these charges before placing your order. DELIVERY/DISPATCH OF YOUR PURCHASE Binnakle products will be sent within a term of three to five working days following confirmation of your payment. If you provide inaccurate invoicing details, this may delay your order. Please make sure the address you give us is correct. If you should notice any mistakes, please notify us immediately at Try to give an address where there will be somebody to receive the package. If no one is there at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a note to inform you of the attempted delivery and try to contact you by telephone to organise a new one. If there should be any incorrect information in the delivery address that affects the delivery area of the original order, the buyer will be liable for covering any additional delivery costs that may be incurred as a result of this change. The delivery periods stated are meant as a guide, but Binnakle makes every effort to respect them. Nevertheless, any delays will not lead to cancellation of the order or the right to any compensation. Any penalisation clauses for delayed delivery that the Customer may add to their order will be void through application of these conditions of purchase. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place from the time when the product is made available to the Customer by the courier and the recipient signs to confirm receipt. The recipient will be responsible for checking the products on receipt and stating any justified exceptions or complaints. If the products provided are not in accordance with those specified on the delivery note, either due to their nature or quantity, the Customer must submit their complaint within 48 hours following delivery. Delivery costs will be paid by the Customer, unless circumstances involving free delivery should arise. POSSIBLE PRODUCT RETURNS Before returning any products, please read our returns policy carefully, in order to make sure that you fulfil the conditions required to be able to exchange or return your product. IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING If your package arrives in poor condition, damaged, etc. notify the courier delivering it to you, at the time of delivery. Notice of any claims for damage to the goods that is not visible at first glance is to be submitted to the courier within two days following delivery. The buyer is liable for claiming these types of damages from the courier. Binnakle will make every attempt to resolve any problems that may arise, as effectively as possible. If you need to return the product to Binnakle, please repackage it, to protect the product packaging as far as possible (we recommend using bubble wrap or a similar product), and contact us by email, RETURNS POLICY If there are any problems with the delivery or the product is faulty, the return costs will be borne by Binnakle. Faulty products will be replaced as soon as the customer submits notice of this, free of charge and through the courier that supplied them. Please make sure the item you return to us is in accordance with the following requirements: Unused, in its original packaging and in pristine conditions, regarding both the content and container (packaging). It should contain all components of the item: parts, accessories, instructions, etc. Returns and/or exchanges will take place once Binnakle Innovation Games SL has checked the conditions of the item and within 15 days following the date the return was sent.
